The West Virginia Center for Nursing is conducting a survey of all active nursing licensees (LPN, RN, and APRN) licensed by West Virginia nursing license boards to gain additional insights about active, licensed nurses in West Virginia. The survey includes questions on: demographics (gender, race, age, etc), education, nurse health, employment, workplace bullying/harassment, nurse satisfaction, the nursing shortage, and inclusion within the workplace. It is our hope that this survey will give nursing workforce planners across the state information to make decisions that will help the nursing community thrive. Your participation in this survey is important to provide real-time information to nursing community stakeholders.
The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. All information collected on this survey is anonymous and will be reported in aggregate form for use in determining nursing workforce needs in WV. Individual responses will remain anonymous. No personal information such as your name, contact information, specific worksite, or IP address will be collected. Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question that you do not wish to answer and you may stop participating at any-time.
A summary of the results of the survey will be used by the West Virginia Center for Nursing and a summary of results will be published at www.wvcenterfornursing.org

for use by nursing workforce planners. Survey summary results will also be promoted on social media channels and shared with nursing stakeholder groups.
